I’m Wendy Montroy, a REALTOR® with a strong background in residential sales, REO properties, and mortgage processing. I bring a data-driven, detail-oriented approach to every transaction. With a background in real estate marketing, broker price opinions, and as an executive officer for a REALTOR® association, I have experience that gives me a unique edge in understanding contracts, compliance, and the local market. I’ve been licensed since 2003 and have held real estate licenses in three different states, giving me a broad perspective on markets and client needs. I also hold the SRS® (Seller Representative Specialist) and SFR® (Short Sales & Foreclosure Resource) designations, which reflect my commitment to advanced training and serving both traditional and complex transactions with confidence.

Outside of real estate, I enjoy fishing, kayaking, and giving back through the GFWC and Friends of the Leesburg Library.
