Jennifer Winchester

Jennifer Winchester has been in real estate since 1994, starting as a weekend receptionist at Better Homes & Gardens in San Jose, CA. She advanced to assistant Transaction Coordinator at Century 21 SCVA in 1999, gaining in-depth experience with contracts and transaction management. After relocating to Tucson in 2007, she worked with several brokerages and began collaborating with Realty Executives teams in 2015.

In 2018, Jennifer earned her Arizona real estate license and continued providing expert support as a Transaction Coordinator. In 2024, she upgraded to a broker license and earned her Certified Full Service Professional (CFSP) designation from Buffini & Co. In 2025, she added both the Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) certification and Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) designation from the National Association of Realtors to her credentials.

She also co-founded BNI-Rainbow Connections, a growing Tucson networking group that supports local business and community connections.
