Who am I?

A New Mexican by birth, a Phoenician by choice, and your go-to guy for turning “Just looking” into “Just closed!” I grew up in Albuquerque inhaling Hatch green chili and the smell of motor oil, which explains why I’m equally obsessed with homes and horsepower.

My (surprisingly) winding road to real estate

• Gear-head origins: Earned ASE Master Tech status in both Automotive and Diesel while wrenching for Rust Tractor/Caterpillar and the City of Albuquerque—keeping police cruisers, fire rigs, and heavy equipment humming.
• Fleet boss life: A decade managing service teams, where I honed my ability to juggle demanding schedules, tight budgets, and high expectations—skills that now serve my real estate clients every day.

All that hands-on problem-solving translates into rock-solid negotiations, bulletproof deal-making, and a mechanic’s eye for the bones of a house.
