Zach started his real estate career in 2018 for a large private homebuilder based out of Fayetteville, Arkansas. He started in internet sales, and then transitioned to a New Home Sales Consultant shortly after, doing a little over 17 million dollars in volume his first year. With a goal in mind of being a Division President in the industry one day, he wanted to understand how to build a home from the ground up, in which he became a construction manager. A few months later, he got his call back into management, and relocated down to Birmingham, Alabama to be an Area Sales Manager and help start the company's newest division in Huntsville, Alabama. A few years later, Zach took on a new role as the Director of Sales for one of the nation’s largest homebuilders, and helped lead a large team to sell over 1,000 homes, and plant itself at the #1 builder in North Alabama. Zach recently moved to Harriman, Tennessee to be closer to family, and get an opportunity to work with another private builder in Cook Bros, where family, quality, craftsmanship and relationships are valued. He is excited to learn more about East Tennessee, and assisting agents and customers learn the upside of buying a brand new home. Zach holds a BA in Biblical Studies from Ozark Christian College, and is currently finishing up his MBA at Grand Canyon University. Zach intends to attend University of Tennessee Law in the coming years.
