Hi, I'm Wendy Pimentel! I am born and raised in Dos Palos, CA. Coming from a small town like Dos Palos, teaches you to love and help everyone in the community. After graduating high school in 2020, with many business's closing their doors, there was only so much I could do. I knew that it was my opportunity to grow and learn what I truly wanted to do. I have a huge passion for helping people so I knew then I had to continue to do what I love, which led me to real estate.

Though it wasn't easy I managed to learn many skills from previous jobs, such as communication, problem solving, negotiating, attention to detail, and most importantly empathy. I believe what sets me apart from other agents is building trust by being transparent and ethical with clients. When we work together, you will get nothing but transparency. I will make sure to get information and inform you of the best of what can get your offer/listing accepted or sold. 

I specialize in residential real estate, focusing in many counties such as Stanislaus, Merced, Madera, and Fresno. My purpose lies in helping first time homebuyers, along with all buyers/sellers. Being your Realtor, is a huge responsibility which is why I make sure I deliver when wants and needs are given, building trust along the way.  My duty is to not only be your "realtor" but also your guide, ensuring my clients feel confident every step of the way.
