Troy Piper

Growing up in the North end of Saint Clair County, I have watched over the years as the area has developed and evolved. After high school, I joined the United States Army, where I served from 1990 through 1994. I have lived in Germany for 2 years, and Fort Knox Kentucky for 2 years. While in Kentucky I met my beautiful wife. We moved back to Michigan so that I could start giving back to the community that had given me so much, I have spent my life working to make the community a better place to raise your family. I believe very strongly in being involved in your community, that is why I currently serve on my township fire department and well as the Business Association Vice-President in Fort Gratiot. I like doing business the old fashioned way, neighbor helping neighbor.

I specialize in vacation homes, lakefront homes, investment homes, first-time buyers, estates, as well as commercial real estate. I serve all of Michigan but my primary focus is on the Saint Clair County area, as well as both Macomb and Sanilac Counties. For example the communities of Fort Gratiot, Burtchville, Clyde, Port Huron, Marine City, Algonac up to and including Lexington and Croswell, Port Sanilac, and Down to Richmond, New Haven, Macomb Township, Romeo, Armada, New Baltimore, Chesterfield.
