Shannon Howard

I'm a realtor and old house specialist in the St Louis area, in business since 2011. My husband, Keith, and I work together to match unique people with exceptional homes, gardens & garages. We're also old house experts, with extensive knowledge of old house systems, architecture and quirks, as well as skilled local history / house history researchers and storytellers. 

Prior to real estate, I was a writer and location scout for magazines like Better Homes & Gardens, and I authored two books on architecture and interior design. Keith was a broadcast engineer for FOX2, E! and HGTV. We both grew up in North St. Louis County (Shannon next to Jamestown Mall; Keith in Bel-Ridge) but we also lived in Los Angeles and Knoxville. So yes, we've had some adventures! We both love gardening, estate sales, live music & vinyl records, Premier League soccer, our 1965 Rambler station wagon, and spoiling our cat and three rescue mutts. We're lucky to work with so many kindred spirits who share our interests!
