Ryan Levenson

I proudly represent the third generation of real estate professionals in my family, a legacy that began with my grandfather's dedication to selling real estate and constructing homes in the Knoxville area during the 1960s and 1970s with Powers Real Estate. Following in his footsteps, both of my parents, Rich and Patti, have contributed over 30 years of their expertise to the local real estate industry.  I actively list and sell homes, primarily within the Knox, Loudon, and Blount County markets, but I'm always prepared to go the extra mile for my clients, even if it means traveling longer distances.

My educational journey began at Webb School of Knoxville, and I continued my studies in International Business and Spanish at the College of Charleston in South Carolina, where I had the pleasure of meeting my wife, Caroline.

Following my college years, I embarked on a unique adventure in Steamboat Springs, Colorado, where I immersed myself in outdoor activities like skiing, biking, and fishing while also honing my skills in constructing Energy-Efficient homes (LEED Homes). Returning to Knoxville, I found my professional home at Re/Max, where I started my career in Real Estate and Real Estate Brokerage Management. From there, my father and I ran 4 RE/MAX franchises and in 2020, sold all of our franchises. Now, we have joined forces with the best in the business, Realty Executives! 

Caroline and I are the proud parents of two wonderful children, Bodie and Eliza, who serve as our daily motivation and the driving force behind our dedication to our work. They have played an integral role in shaping who we are today.
