Joseph Witzke - Biography

I am a Tucson native and wouldn't have it any other way! 
I have always followed my entrepreneurial spirit. When I was younger, I worked in behavioral health for a few years as a medical assistant and came to realize a love for helping people. I later owned and operated a cab company in Tucson, employing seven drivers and servicing all the high-end hotels. I sold my cab company in order to pursue my passion for helping others.
 
Real Estate has been my saving grace. Since age twenty-three I have been a full time Realtor. I strive to give 110% to my clients. Real estate has provided me the means to a great life and a chance at making a difference in people’s lives. I have been blessed to become a part of so many great people’s lives through my line of work. 
 
It is important for me as a Realtor to have strong communication and listing skills, knowing that people are counting on me to have tasks performed quickly and at the best cost to my clients. 
My tremendous negotiation abilities have been essential in protecting my clients’ interests and securing the terms that leave all parties satisfied, even when it seems impossible. I am here for you and will dedicate my time and energy into giving you a home buying or selling experience that is second to none!

 A lot happens in the real world that I am fortunate to be a part of because it challenges me to stay on top of the ongoing changes, challenges, and opportunities!  And I realize that the best part of it all is how I have learned to pivot with the shifts in the marketplace, to better serve those who trust me with their real estate needs!

 

There has never been a greater time for me to do just that as there has been in the last few years, especially since 2006.  Then, in 2008, when the real estate world collapsed due to non-sustainable financing, I was given the opportunity to learn some of my greatest real estate lessons. As we watched millions of people lose their homes, I spent time negotiating with banks to help homeowners find new ways to navigate the turmoil.  My greatest honor during this time was when I was able to connect them with the right institution that allowed them to modify their loan and remain in their home.

 

For others, I helped them cut their losses through the short sale process, in which time we negotiated a fair release for the seller.

 

The big shift came as I helped investors purchase portfolios of homes that couldn’t be saved from the financial debacle.  I knew that my job was still to keep real estate at its highest and best use, and at this point, it was the investors who could help me do that creatively.

 

Fortunately, the market finally shifted and recovered.  Since then, I have been able to help hundreds of families navigate this new market, helping them find them find the right home for them and their family.  It is a good feeling to watch my clients double, if not triple, what they bought their homes for. 

 

Through it all, there is one thing I know for sure.  The real estate market is cyclical and it is important to work with a confident agent who understands the volatility of today's ever changing world.  Keeping on top of the current trends is what I do best and I would be honored once again to lead any buyer or seller, navigate and negotiate through any market.

 

As a matter of fact, I believe in real estate so much so that I have been able to  buy homes and rehab them.  This has afforded me the opportunity to provide stability for me and my son and I look forward to doing the same for you and yours.

Helping sellers market their home and receive top dollar has always been my passion, many of times in a buyers market sellers had fees after fees, using creative thinking, i've been able to help countless sellers keep each dollar they so deserve.

In this sellers market, I have been able to help many buyers win their bids by helping them put together a compelling story to push their offer to the top of the list, after all, all offers are cash in the end. It's truly a matter of finding ways to stand out.
