Gail Damon

Originally from Michigan, Gail moved to The Villages in 2019. Gail quickly fell in love with The Villages and all it has to offer. She is passionate about helping clients find that perfect home to enjoy their best years here in our wonderful community. 

Having many years of experience in sales, as well as home contruction, Gail's Florida Real Estate career advanced quickly. In 2021, she achieved Diamond Award status & was crowned "Rookie of The Year" from Realty Executives in The Villages. In every year that followed, Gail has consistently achieved Diamond Award status for years ‘22, ‘23 & ’24, and has consistently held her ranking among the "Top MLS Realtors" in The Villages, Florida.

Career and education goals aside, Gail's heart will always belong to her 3 wonderful daughters, Abigail (RN), Zoe (Teacher), and Brooklynn Grace (Actor/Dancer). With degrees in Science and Nutrition, Gail also enjoys helping others enrich their lives through yoga, fitness, and nutritional health education.
