Dan Gehrke

For the majority of people, the purchase or sale of real estate will be one of the largest transactions in their lifetime. Dan started his career in 2013 after buying his first house in Grafton and being inspired by his experience to provide a higher level of service for his family and friends. After four years of learning and serving his clients, Dan joined a residential construction firm in Sheboygan county where he continued to serve his clients by offering additional housing options and expanding his industry knowledge. Beginning in 2017, Dan became the managing broker for the real estate firm associated with this builder, supervising multiple agents and managing the day to day operations of the firm. 

In March of 2022, Dan returned to Realty Executives to grow his own real estate team and expand on his newly formed residential construction company, GW Builders. “Real estate has always been a passion of mine. As a builder and a broker, I’m one of the select few individuals in the industry to be able to work through the existing inventory with my clients, and if we cannot find something there to be able to say “let’s build it!””. Whether through the sale or purchase of an existing property or the construction of a new building, Dan is ready to help you reach your goals! 

In his free time, Dan is passionate about spending time with his wife Erin and their three children, running races (5ks, Half Marathons, etc) throughout the country, and traveling.  An active member of his community, Dan has also served on the village board in Fredonia since 2018, and is currently preparing to serve as the next Village of Fredonia President starting in 2023. Dan served on the board of directors for the Ozaukee Realtors Association and Lakeshore Realtors Association from 2019-2022, and is also actively involved with his church.
