Arizona has been Carol's home with roots going back three generations of ranching. Her Dad’s grandfather moved to Arizona in the late 1800’s from Kentucky and raised thoroughbreds and farmed in the Phoenix area.
She was born in Phoenix, and is a 3rd generation Arizonan. In 1955 the family moved to a horse/chicken ranch in Prescott. She grew up in Prescott and has been blessed living and riding the beautiful northern Arizona territory for many years.
Carol started her profession as a court reporter in Phoenix in 1978, and was offered a position at a court reporting firm in Hawaii for four years. However, it wasn't long until she missed her Arizona roots and moved back home.
She worked with attorneys doing depositions in Arizona, Seattle, and New York during this time and made the decision that Arizona was the best state and Prescott was her Hometown.
She began her career in real estate in 1995 in Cave Creek/Carefree, AZ, and when she realized how much she missed Prescott, she and her husband moved back in 2012. Her real estate designations earned include GGR Graduate Realtor Institute, and ABR Accredited Buyer Representative, now 30 years as a Realtor in Arizona.
Her expertise in real estate is working with families, buyers and sellers who fall in love with Arizona and want to make it their home. Prescott has an exciting history, and she enjoys teaching and showing clients and prospects the Prescott area. Residential homes, ranches and custom home construction are her specialty. She is blessed to have continued success making wonderful lasting friendships.
